Rental Policies

Stay length and guests

• Minimum stay: 30 nights
• Maximum occupancy: four guests
• Only guests listed in the rental agreement are approved for occupancy
• Final dates and terms are confirmed in writing

Rent, deposit, and fees

• First-Floor Condo: $2,700 per month
• Second-Floor Condo: $2,500 per month
• Refundable security deposit: $1,000
• Non-refundable cleaning fee: $300
• Approved-pet fee: $300, non-refundable
• Application fee: $0

Screening, lease, and payments

Approved guests complete background screening, sign the rental agreement, and submit the security deposit and rent through RentRedi. A request is not a reservation. The stay is confirmed after written approval and completion of the required RentRedi steps.

Pets

Dogs and cats require written approval before arrival. An approved pet carries a $300 non-refundable fee. Guests are responsible for all damage, extra cleaning, or other costs caused by their pets.

Parking and vehicles

• Maximum of two registered vehicles per condo
• Parking permits or stickers are required
• Provide each vehicle's year, make, model, color, and license plate
• Return all permits at checkout

Smoking and property care

Smoking is not permitted inside the condo or in prohibited community areas. Guests are responsible for following building rules, preventing damage, and leaving the condo in the agreed condition.

Extensions

Request an extension as early as possible. Two weeks of notice is preferred. Extensions depend on availability and require written approval. After the first month, approved extensions generally proceed month to month under the written agreement.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are stated in the rental agreement for each reservation. Far-in-advance summer reservations might require 90 days of cancellation notice. Review and accept the written cancellation terms before signing.
