Both condos are on Washington Boulevard in Mundelein. They are not downtown Libertyville apartments. Choose them when you want a furnished home for a month or longer and the location fits your daily trips to family, work, or a home under renovation.
Before booking, check the route from the condo to your specific destination at the times you expect to travel. A downtown visit, a daily train commute, and repeated trips to a family member’s home each call for different planning.

Downtown Libertyville and train access
Parking for a downtown visit
Libertyville offers visitor parking in the Lake Street and Church Street garages, along with street spaces and public lots. Check posted time limits before leaving your car. Visitor parking rules differ from commuter parking rules.
Choosing a train station
The Milwaukee District North line serves downtown Libertyville and Prairie Crossing, with service toward Chicago Union Station. Prairie Crossing also has a separate North Central Service station. Check the line, departure time, and station before planning your trip.
The Village reports limited commuter parking downtown and more commuter parking at Prairie Crossing. Review current parking requirements and train schedules before relying on either station for your daily commute.
For guests bringing dogs
Plan the right entrance at Independence Grove
The Independence Grove Off-Leash Dog Area has a separate entrance on Milwaukee Avenue, north of Buckley Road. Entry requires a daily or annual permit. This is a separate destination from the preserve’s main entrance.
Dogs must remain leashed on the connecting Casey Trail and Des Plaines River Trail. When passing through Independence Grove with a dog, stay on the Des Plaines River Trail. Do not assume the rest of the preserve permits pets.

Second-Floor Condo: $2,500 per month
One month plus the $300 cleaning fee totals $2,800 without pets, or $3,100 with approved pets. The separate $1,000 refundable deposit brings those amounts to $3,800 or $4,100.
First-Floor Condo: $2,700 per month
One month plus the $300 cleaning fee totals $3,000 without pets, or $3,300 with approved pets. The separate $1,000 refundable deposit brings those amounts to $4,000 or $4,300.
Both rents include utilities, Wi-Fi, furnishings, kitchen essentials, linens, and permitted parking for up to two registered vehicles. On-site laundry is pay per load. Groceries and personal streaming subscriptions are separate. Cleaning and pet fees are non-refundable and apply per stay.
