That experience shapes how we host. Both condos are professionally cleaned before arrival, with fresh linens, towels, and kitchen essentials. You have space to cook, unpack, and settle into a routine while relocating, working away from home, or waiting for repairs.

Dogs and cats are considered with owner approval. Tell us about every pet in your booking request. Approval of one pet does not automatically approve additional pets.

The First-Floor Condo avoids stairs. The Second-Floor Condo requires stair access. Consider your pet’s mobility and your daily outdoor trips when choosing.

What does a one-month stay with approved pets cost?
Second-Floor Condo: $3,100 before the refundable deposit
Monthly rent of $2,500, plus the $300 cleaning fee and one $300 pet fee per stay. Including the separate $1,000 refundable security deposit, the total is $4,100.
First-Floor Condo: $3,300 before the refundable deposit
Monthly rent of $2,700, plus the $300 cleaning fee and one $300 pet fee per stay. Including the separate $1,000 refundable security deposit, the total is $4,300.
These examples include utilities, Wi-Fi, and permitted parking. On-site laundry is pay per load. Both the cleaning fee and pet fee are non-refundable. Guests remain responsible for damage, extra cleaning, or other costs caused by their pets.
